1. Collecting and using entered personal data

This website and the app DCS MovingMap does not collect, store or transfer any user data with the exception of your email address when you post a question or feedback. Your email address will not be visible to other users and will not be shared with anybody except me for the purpose of answering your question or feedback.
 

2. Data transmission and –recording for system and statistical purposes

By accessing this website, your internet browser automatically transmits data to the webserver. Among other things, this would be the date and time of the access, the URL of the referring website, accessed data, the amount of the sent data, your browser type and version, the operating system as well as your IP address. These data gets stored separately from other data that you type in while using this website. Matching these data to a certain person is not possible for me. The data gets evaluated merely for statistical purposes (e.g. number of visits per month) and is deleted afterwards.
 

3. Retention of Your Personal Data

I will retain your enterd personal data (email address) only for as long as your question or feedback remains online. If you decide to delete it, all related stored data will be deleted as well.
 

4. Transfer and Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Your personal data (email address) will not be visible to, shared with or otherwise transferred to or disclosed with any third party.
 

5. Security of Your Personal Data

The security of your personal data is important to me, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
 

6. Children's Privacy

This service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with personal data, please contact me. If I become aware that I have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, I shall take steps to remove that information from my server.
